ALK and squamous cell carcinoma: Of the 106 patients, 79 (74.5%) were male and 27 (25.5%) were female; 91 (85.8%) had a good PS (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group [ECOG] 0 or 1); 84 (79.2%) were current or former smokers; 71 (67.0%) and 35 (33.0%) had non-squamous and squamous cell carcinoma, respectively; 19 (17.9%) had EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 mutation/rearrangement.
