Interestingly, median overall survival was significantly higher (11.5 ± 2.5 months, p = 0.036) in the group of patients with 100% DLL3 expression and PDL1 expression levels higher than 1% when compared to patients with PDL1 expression levels lower than 1% (7 ± 3 months) (Fig. 2e), indicating a distinct subgroup of patients with a favorable tumor profile, possibly more sensitive to treatment.
