UALCAN and GEPIA website analysis showed that the expression of ST14 mRNA was significantly increased in breast invasive carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, lung adenocarcinoma, ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma, testicular germ cell tumor, thymoma, and uterine carcinosarcoma, among others and decreased in skin cutaneous melanoma (Fig. 1B, C). This evidence concerns the gene ST14 and invasive breast carcinoma.
