Numerous reports have directly implicated miRNAs in controlling the abundance and activity of interleukins, TGF-B, NF-kB, and toll-like receptor-signaling intrinsically linked with the development of neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s, ALS, epilepsy, Alzheimer’s, and neuromuscular degeneration. Here, NFKB1 is linked to Parkinson disease.
