Li et al. showed that the presence of CD66b+ intratumoral neutrophils was a poor prognostic factor for HCC after resection [32], and Wang et al. reported that CD66b+intratumoral neutrophils infiltration was an independent prognostic factor for poor survival for HCC, which is consistent with the study by Li et al. [16]. This evidence concerns the gene CEACAM8 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
