We also identified CXCL10 as a potential therapeutic target for CA in GBM suppression, via downregulating downstream molecules such as NLRP3, NF-κB, and IL-1β, both in vivo and in vitro. These findings suggest that CXCL10 is a novel biomarker in glioblastoma, and calycosin may serve as a potential therapeutic agent. The gene discussed is CXCL10; the disease is glioblastoma.
