In the “FDA-approved for the tumor type” category, breast cancer was the most common cancer category (n = 38, 25%) with Her2/neu inhibitors being the most common treatment (n = 15, 39%), followed by lung cancer (n = 33, 21%) treated with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors (n = 25, 76%) (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and lung cancer.
