First, the circulating and tumor-infiltrating active CD8 T-cell clusters (C8 and C0) were marked by differential expression of key genes related to T-cell infiltration, such as chemokine-related genes (CCL3L3, CXCR4, CCL3, CCL4) that are highly expressed in C0 (Fig. 6A), as well as other T cell functions, such as adhesion, cytokine production and responses (Fig. S12A).
