As shown in Fig. 1B and C, the expression of FATP2 is significantly up-regulated, and the expression of RIPK3 is significantly down-regulated in tumor tissues.The statistical analysis results indicate that the infiltration of PMN-MDSCs in bladder tumor tissue is positively correlated with the expression of FATP2 and negatively correlated with the expression of RIPK3 (Fig. 1D and E). The gene discussed is RIPK3; the disease is urinary bladder neoplasm.
