Conversely, a higher number of correlations involving cell subsets was observed in FD (n = 396; CD4+ = 78, Th1/Th17/Th2 in CD4+ T-cells = 58, CD8+ = 71 and B-cells = 123) as compared to SD vaccinees (n = 248; CD4+ = 55, Th1/Th17/Th2 in CD4+ T-cells = 57, CD8+ = 55 and B-cells = 67) (Fig. 9, Supplementary Fig. 5).
