Totals of six (EXOG, NFE2L2, SLC30A4, SPTBN1, TRAP1 and TSPAN14), three (GOSR2, RPH3A, RRAGD), one (FLOT1), and one (THBS3) genes, respectively, showed significant log2(fold change) either equal to or greater than 1, or equal to or less than −1, between CKD and healthy controls in these two published gene expression datasets (adjusted P-value < 0.05; Supplementary Datasets 11 and 12). The gene discussed is RPH3A; the disease is chronic kidney disease.
