Interestingly, within the SLE cohort, we further found that NRs were more likely to have anti-Ro52 and anti-Ro60 IgG autoantibodies than responders (6 of 7 NR versus 0 of the 11 responders; P = 0.0004, Fisher’s exact test) (Figure 2A). This evidence concerns the gene TRIM21 and systemic lupus erythematosus.
