Wang et. al., showed that mammary epithelial cells and breast cancer cells exhibited proliferation and migration when ExomiR-1910-3p, which regulates myotubularin-related protein 3 (MTMR3), was overexpressed in vitro and in vivo, whereas miR-1910-3p silencing dramatically reduced these functions in both types of cells (Wang et al., 2020). This evidence concerns the gene MTMR3 and breast cancer.
