The in vitro results reveal that MGF inhibits the growth of tumor cells, inhibits expression of vimentin, decreases migration activity of NSCLC, decreases secretion of Interleukin 1 beta (IL‐1β), and reconciled protein levels of Period Circadian Regulator 1 (PER1) and NLR family pyrin domain containing 3 (NLRP3) in NSCLC (Lin et al., 2020).
