Recently, KIN-8194, a dual inhibitor of BTK (IC50 = 0.915 nM) and HCK (IC50 < 0.495 nM), was shown to potently affect the survival of ABC-type DLBCL and Waldenström Macroglobulinemia with a pathogenic Myd88-L265P mutation, while minimally affecting healthy B-cells [22]. This evidence concerns the gene MYD88 and Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia.
