The multivariate analysis revealed older age (HR: 1.019; 95% CI: 1.003–1.035; P = 0.022), higher ALBI score (HR: 2.25; 95% CI: 1.683–3.007; P < 0.001), AFP of >20 ng/mL (HR: 1.687; 95% CI: 1.265–2.25; P = 0.003), and antiviral therapy (HR: 0.499; 95% CI: 0.269–0.923; P = 0.028) as independent prognosis factors of patients with non-advanced HCC (Table 2).
