Our bioinformatics results showed that the expression of SORBS1 was positively correlated with macrophages in BRCA, and Sheng-Hua Li et al. [11] through bioinformatics analysis, also reported that the mRNA levels of SORBS1 was positively correlated with macrophages in bladder cancer, but there were no corresponding basic experiments to confirm this and no in-depth studies were conducted. The gene discussed is SORBS1; the disease is urinary bladder cancer.
