CD8A and cancer: The findings indicate the levels of infiltration of various cell types, including CD4+ T cells, cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs), lymphoid progenitors, myeloid progenitors, endothelial cells (Endo), eosinophils (Eos), hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), follicular helper T cells (Tfhs), gamma delta T cells (g/dT), natural killer T cells (NKTs), regulatory T cells (Tregs), myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), neutrophils, monocytes, B cells, dendritic cells, macrophages, mast cells, NK cells, and CD8+ T cells, in pancancer (Figure 5).
