Following that, we found that the genetic alterations of JAK1, PD‐L1 and PD‐L2 in those eight genes mentioned above were associated with poor prognosis in sarcoma patients in terms of OS (p = 3.66 × 10−2; p = 1.51 × 10−4; p = 4.60 × 10−2), progress‐free survival (PFS) (p = 1.45 × 10−2; p = 4.90 × 10−2; p = 1.28 × 10−2) and disease‐specific survival (DSS) (p = 1.45 × 10−2; p = 4.90 × 10−2; p = 1.28 × 10−2) (Figure 5). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and sarcoma.
