CSF3 and histiocytic sarcoma: For advanced histiocytic sarcoma, the most commonly used chemotherapy regimen is clophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone (CHOP); other choices mainly include ifosfamide, carboplatin and etoposide (ICE); prednisone, methotrexate, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, etoposide, mechlorethamine, vincristine and procarbazine (ProMACE‐MOPP); and cladribine, cytarabine, G‐CSF and mitoxantrone (CLAG‐M)6, 12; however, most patients with histiocytic sarcoma treated with chemotherapy had a short OS.
