ALB and hypertensive disorder: Of the 564 cases included in the study, 89 developed thrombocytopenia, and the incidence of linezolid-induced thrombocytopenia was 15.78%; univariate analysis showed that age, history of hypertension, history of malignancy, baseline platelet value, TP, ALB, AST, DBIL, urea, and Ccr were potential risk factors for linezolid-induced thrombocytopenia (p < 0.05); in multivariate analysis, urea, baseline platelet value, age, and TP were independent risk factors for linezolid-induced thrombocytopenia (p < 0.05).
