<h4>Background</h4>Thyroid Dysfunction (TD) is a common immune-related adverse events (irAEs) in the treatment of advanced lung cancer with programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and programmed death 1 ligand (PD-L1) inhibitors, with incidence accounting for 6-8% of all irAEs. The gene discussed is PDCD1; the disease is thanatophoric dysplasia.
