TFEB and in situ carcinoma: Considering these data, we analyzed the total and nuclear amount of TFEB (Fig. 3I-L) to establish nuclear translocation in ovarian cancer cell lines and, coherently with the reduced expression of mTOR pathway proteins, we found a significant increase in the total amount of TFEB (Fig. 3I, J), but also reduction of nuclear abundance, and hence translocation, in A2780 CIS cells (Fig. 3K, L).
