Considering these data, we analyzed the total and nuclear amount of TFEB (Fig. 3I-L) to establish nuclear translocation in ovarian cancer cell lines and, coherently with the reduced expression of mTOR pathway proteins, we found a significant increase in the total amount of TFEB (Fig. 3I, J), but also reduction of nuclear abundance, and hence translocation, in A2780 CIS cells (Fig. 3K, L). Here, MTOR is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
