Our analysis found that MEN1/DAXXmut samples showed higher levels of tumor mutation burden (TMB: Primary 1.88 vs. 0.87, p < 0.001; Lymph node 1.68 vs. 1.46, p = 0.176; Metastatic 1.81 vs. 0.80, p = 0.018), tumor neoantigen burden (TNB: Primary 21.86 vs. 9.29, p < 0.001; Lymph node 17.89 vs. 13.9, p = 0.648; Metastatic 20.5 vs. 11, p = 0.219), and microsatellite instability (MSI: Primary 0.297 vs. 0.261, p = 0.007; Lymph node 0.291 vs. 0.268, p = 0.052; Metastatic 0.293 vs. 0.253, p = 0.049). The gene discussed is MEN1; the disease is neoplasm.
