In both ER+ and triple-negative human breast adenocarcinoma cell lines (MCF7 and MDA-MB-231), stable ATP6AP1 depletion led to decreased anchorage-independent growth (Supplementary information, Fig. S7f, g), and reduced migration in both wound healing (Supplementary information, Fig. S7h, i) and transwell migration/invasion assays (Supplementary information, Fig. S7j, k). This evidence concerns the gene ATP6AP1 and breast adenocarcinoma.
