The complex I subunits mt-Nd1, mt-Nd2, mt-Nd3, mt-Nd4, mt-Nd4l, mt-Nd5, and mt-Nd6 showed high RPF, low mRNA, and high ribosome occupancy (RPF/mRNA) in HD cells compared to the control cells. This evidence concerns the gene MT-ND5 and Huntington disease.
