HOXC9 and cancer: The results showed that HOXC9 was significantly higher in 14 types of tumors than corresponding normal tissues including BLCA, BRCA, CHOL, ESCA, GBM, HNSC, LUAD, LUSC, PCPG, PRAD, SKCM, STAD, THCA, and UCEC, with TIMER2 pan-cancer analysis (all P<0.05) (Figure 1A).
