The integrated model of three omics data achieved the highest accuracy in classifying any two subtypes of breast cancer, with values of 0.921 (luminal A vs. luminal B), 0.968 (luminal A vs. HER2+), 0.91 (luminal A vs. TNBC), 0.82 (luminal B vs. HER2+), 0.964 (luminal B vs. TNBC), and 0.925 (HER2+ vs. TNBC). This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and breast carcinoma.
