According to our KEGG pathways analysis, 17 genes, including ARF6, ABCF2, FYN, JUN, ARHGEF2, WIPF1, ACTB, CLDN1, CLDN11, CLDN16, MAPK1, MYO1F, MYO5A, MYH14, OCLN, PTPN6, and TUBB2A, were enriched in the E. coli infection pathway. Here, MYO5A is linked to escherichia coli infection.
