FANCD2 and cancer: The results presented in Fig. 2 indicate that the expression of FANCD2 significantly increases during disease progression, starting from normal tissue and advancing to early malignancy and ultimately to the terminal stage, in several cancers including BLCA, BRCA, CESC, CHOL, COAD, ESCA, HNSC, KICH, KIRC, KIRP, LIHC, LUAD, LUSC, READ, STAD, THCA and UCEC.
