Among patients with imatinib resistance, TIGIT was highly expressed in Treg and proliferating Treg cells (Fig. 4e), NECTIN2 was highly expressed in tumor cells and LAMP3_DC (Fig. 6b); BTLA was highly expressed in IDO1_DCs (Fig. 6c); TNFRSF14 was highly expressed in myeloid cells and tumor cells, especially in the imatinib-resistant patients (Fig. 6d). This evidence concerns the gene TIGIT and neoplasm.
