To confirm the role of LDHA in regulation of the YAP1/STAT3–CCL2/CCL7 signaling axis in vivo, we performed immunofluorescence for YAP1 and STAT3 in tumors and ELISA for CCL2 and CCL7 in plasma from control and LDHA-inhibited glioblastoma tumor-bearing mice. The gene discussed is CCL2; the disease is neoplasm.
