Down-regulation of NUSAP1 can effectively inhibit the growth and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer cells by regulating the BTG2/PI3K/Akt signaling pathway [25], while up-regulation of NUSAP1 can promote epithelial-mesenchymal transition through the Wnt/β-catenin signaling axis, thereby regulating the invasion and metastasis of triple-negative breast cancer cells [26].
