In recent years, researchers have discovered a link between NUSAP1 and cancer, high levels of NUSAP1 have been linked to the development, advancement, and unfavorable prognosis of various tumors, including esophageal squamous cell carcinoma [8], prostate cancer [9, 10], renal cell carcinoma [11] and glioma [12].
