After that, the heatmap visualized the expression profiles of eight ERS regulators across two groups, of which DAB2IP, GFAP, HSPA8 and SRPR8 exhibited a higher expression level in high-risk patients, distinctively, ERP27, SERPIN3, KCNJ11 and AVP mainly focused on expression in another group (Figure 7D), which points to their possible roles in mediating BC’s adverse outcomes through ERS pathways.
