In the present study, we found that TEAD2, TEAD3, NRF1, HINFP and TCFL5 were positively correlated with the expression of HCC-specific SE-controlled genes related to oxidative stress response, and the high expression of these transcription factors corresponded to a poor prognosis of HCC patients. The gene discussed is HINFP; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
