After adjusting for age, sex, smoking, drinking, BMI, HGS, CC, tumor type, tumor stage, surgery, chemotherapy, ECOG grade, and NLR, multivariate Cox proportional risk regression analysis showed that low albumin (HR = 1.51, 95%CI = 1.28–1.80, P < 0.001), prealbumin (HR = 1.42, 95%CI = 1.19–1.69, P < 0.001), and transferrin (HR = 1.50, 95%CI = 1.25–1.80, P < 0.001) were independent risk factors for prognosis (Table 2).
