MOG and acute disseminated encephalomyelitis: The typical phenotypes of myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD) in children include acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM), optic neuritis (ON), neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), and transverse myelitis (TM), which comprise approximately over 90% of MOGAD phenotypes in children;1 these phenotypes are well known and becoming standardized in diagnosis and treatment.
