In patients with available follow-up > 12 months (20/39), during a median period of 27 months (IQR 17–33), none developed typical clinical syndromes or detectable cancers consistent with detected antibodies (myasthenia gravis, retinopathy, cerebellar syndrome respectively to three most detected antibodies—titin, recoverin and Yo). This evidence concerns the gene CDR2 and myasthenia gravis.
