SSB and peripheral neuropathy: These characteristics include an older age at disease onset; a higher incidence of Raynaud's phenomenon, peripheral neuropathy, gastroesophageal involvement, and pulmonary involvement; a lower prevalence of anti-Ro/SS-A and anti-La/SS-B antibodies and rheumatoid factor; and a reduced frequency of leukocytopenia and hypergammaglobulinemia24,29–31.
