RPL35A and ovarian cancer: In addition, compared to the control group, the relative input rate of CTCF was increased in HO‐8910 and SK‐OV‐3 cells due to the overexpression of RPL35A (p < 0.001; Figure 4F), suggesting that RPL35A could promote the direct binding of transcription factor YY1 to CTCF in ovarian cancer cells.
