Firstly, we interfered with the expression of RPL35A and CTCF in ovarian cancer cells, and named empty vector (negative control), RPL35A (RPL35A overexpression), shCTCF (knocked down CTCF) and RPL35A + shCTCF (simultaneously upregulated RPL35A and downregulated CTCF). Here, CTCF is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
