KEGG pathway analysis using LinkedOmics constructs indicated that the various co-expressed genes were mainly enriched in S. aureus infection, intestinal immunity, ribosome and protein assembly, oxidative phosphorylation, osteoclast differentiation, and Fc γ R-mediated phagocytosis pathways, which provided strong evidence for the potential effects of GSDMs on the cell death and immune activation in HCC. Here, FCGR2A is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
