We found that silencing PinX1 combined with IR significantly inhibited tumor growth (Fig. 3C, D) mean tumor volume on day 16 ± SEM: 930.2 ± 107.2 mm3 IR vs. 649.1 ± 44.3 mm3 shPinX1 plus IR, p = 0.0421) and dramatically improved the survival of the homograft mouse(p = 0.049) (Fig. 3E).
