Of clinical relevance, increased expression of the GRHL3‐EIF4E3 axis tends to predict prolonged overall survival of patients with bladder cancer as compared to those with low expression of GRHL3‐EIF4E3, pointing to a pathophysiological impact of this co‐regulation in bladder cancer (Fig. 6F). This evidence concerns the gene GRHL3 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
