Our analysis identified seven tumour suppressor genes (ITGA7, SLC45A1, TPPP, SCN4A, GIPR, SOGA3 and RAB6B) and six oncogenes (SAT1, SERPINE1, UPK2, SYT12, RASAL1 and CDH3) with significant false discovery rate (FDR)-adjusted P values (q-value) of less than 0.05 (Fig. 4g). The gene discussed is UPK2; the disease is neoplasm.
