Our analysis identified seven tumour suppressor genes (ITGA7, SLC45A1, TPPP, SCN4A, GIPR, SOGA3 and RAB6B) and six oncogenes (SAT1, SERPINE1, UPK2, SYT12, RASAL1 and CDH3) with significant false discovery rate (FDR)-adjusted P values (q-value) of less than 0.05 (Fig. 4g). The gene discussed is RAB6B; the disease is neoplasm.
