Importantly, we observed that the rise in counts of CD3+CD4+IL-17A+T cells (Th17 cells) and CD3+CD4+IFN-γ+T cells (Th1 cells) in spleen of IMQ-treated Krt14+/+-Gsdmefl/fl mice, and the immune responses of T cells to psoriasis-like immune microenvironment were suppressed in IMQ-treated Krt14Cre/+-Gsdmefl/fl mice (Fig. 5C). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and psoriasis.
