To minimize the interference caused by endogenous cingulin, we used CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing technology to knockout CGN (CGN KO) and introduced GFP-tagged CGN c.3560C > C and GFP-tagged CGN c.3560C > T mutation into multiple clones of HT-29 colon cancer cells. This evidence concerns the gene CGN and malignant colon neoplasm.
