We used KEGG to enrich the relevant pathways of different metabolites and showed that ABC transporters(the most significant enrichment, p < 0.0001, FDR correction = 0.003772561), Vitamin digestion and absorption, Pyrimidine metabolism, and Choline metabolism in cancer were the most significant pathways in down-regulated metabolism, while Cortisol synthesis secretion(the most pronounced enrichment, p = 0.000478233, FDR correction = 0.011850772), Cushing syndrome, mTOR signaling pathway, and FoxO signaling pathway were the most significant pathways in up-regulated metabolism (Fig. 2D).
