BATF2 and sarcoma: In this study, the bioinformatic analysis and experimental verification identified miR-939-3p as a candidate regulator of BATF2 in sarcoma tissues and cell lines, and upregulation of miR-939-3p was associated with a poor prognosis of sarcoma patients, suggesting its role as a potent prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target during sarcoma progression.
