In all three cell lines, treatment with either SR3029 or D4476 had less effect on cell viability in the cells with AXIN1 knockdown compared with parental cells (Fig. S2A–I), suggesting that AXIN1 might be an important player for CK1δ/ε‐mediated growth of CRC cells. This evidence concerns the gene AXIN1 and colorectal carcinoma.
