In addition, the pan-cancer prognostic analysis of the PCSP database revealed that among the tumours in which high expression of LASS2 predicted good OS in patients, the most significantly different tumours were diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (P = 2.86e−05), lung squamous cell carcinoma (P = 9.67e−04), non-small cell lung cancer (P = 1.17e−02), ovarian cancer (P = 2.61e−03), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (P = 2.19e−02), or rectal cancer (P = 9.62e−04) (Fig. 1C). The gene discussed is CERS2; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
