SQLE and breast cancer: As shown in Fig. 1a, high expression of 11 out of the 14 genes analyzed (ACAT2, HMGCS1, HMGCR, MVK, MVD, IDI1, FDPS, GGPS1, SQLE, LSS and DHCR7), along with low expression of PMVK, FDFT1 y DHCR24, a sub-set of BC patients with high risk and a shorter RFS.
